Chicken Soup Recipe

8 chicken thighs
3 cups water/broth
2 potatoes
5 carrots
half red and green pepper
2 Tbs. Knorr's chicken bouillion
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 c. water
1 zucchini and 1 squash

Fry chicken and debone. Add broth to pot.
Add all veggies and boullion
In a blender, mix tomatoes, jalapenos (optional) cilantro 1/2 c. water. Blend and add to pot.
Add in zucchini and squash during last 10 minutes.

Saute elbow noodles for about 4-5 minutes. Add water and boullion till soft.

Serve soup over noodles.
