Ingredients:  
1 large bag of hash brown potatoes (let thaw until workable)
cup of melted butter
salt and pepper
cup chopped onions
2 cups of grated sharp cheese
8 ounces of sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom or celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in large bowl.Put into casserole sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with cup to 1 cup bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350.

2. Check after 45 minutes until done and brown on top.
