Chicken Broccoli Casserole Recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag chopped frozen broccoli
1 bar medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 box uncle ben's 5 minute rice
1 cup of Milk
soy sauce and garlic powder to taste

Preheat over to 375 degrees

Onion chopped
brown chicken in 2 tbs. butter
slice chicken and add onion
add 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk
cook until bubbles
2-3 dashes of soy sauce and garlic powder

cook rice according to directions
broccoli- bring to boil in cold water
add all to chicken mixture
Add sliced cheddar cheese to mixture

Layer into 9X13 casserole dish
1. cooked rice
2. broccoli drained
3. chicken mixture
4. sliced cheddar cheese
5. sprinkle with soy sauce lightly

Bake for 45 minutes covered with foil
