Hamburger - Potato Crock Pot Dinner Recipe

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
6 to 8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 medium onion,sliced thin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (reserve half)
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz can cream of celery soup


Spray crockpot.

Brown hamburger in skillet, then drain and set aside. Slice potatoes
thin; rinse and drain.

Combine salt, pepper and both soups.
Layer hamburger, potatoes, onions, soup mixture and half of cheese.
Dot butter around over top. Finish rest of soup mixture over top.

Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Sprinkle reserved cheese over top
30 minutes before serving.
