2 cans white hominy,drained
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage (regular)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:


In a large iron skillet, brown sausage, then drain. Add flour, milk,
water, hominy and sugar. Stir, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until thick.
Stir frequently to keep from sticking.

*** Tastes great on biscuits or toast.
