1 - 15 oz. can of chick peas
1 - garlic clove
3 - tbsp. sesame paste (Tahini)
2 - fresh lemons and juice them
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the chick peas under cold water and then mash them or put them into a blender. Add lemon, garlic, salt and tahini. Add a little water if it is too thick. Chill. You may garnish with a little olive oil, parsley and whole chick peas.

Serve with pita bread or crackers
