Macaroni Salad Recipe

1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked till tender, drained and rinsed
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
1 large tomato, chopped with liquid included
1 small onion, chopped(more to suit taste)
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 or 3 hard boiled eggs, peeled, chilled and chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup miracle whip
2 tbsp prepared yellow mustard
2 tsp celery salt (I use 1- 1 1/2 tsp)
2 tsp seasoning salt, to taste
black pepper to taste


In a large bowl combine all ingredients, toss to coat. Add more
mayonnaise if needed to taste.

Cover, refrigerate over night to let flavors blend. Stir before serving.
