1 c butter
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c chopped and well-drained
maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat until creamy. Blend in vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda; add to butter-sugar mixture and mix well. Stir in butterscotch chips, pecans and cherries. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto uncreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
