3 1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 sticks oleo (margarine)

2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Filling
1/2 c crisco
1/2 c oleo
1 c sugar
1 egg white
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c hot water or milk
clothespins (No wires)

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º. Mix first three ingredients like pie crust. Mix together 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg, 1 c sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix with flour mixture. Add 1/2 c more flour if needed. Let rest 1/2 hour. Roll out 5 inches long, 3/4-1" wide (Roll in large pieces, cut into strips). Wrap strips around clothespins and bake 12-15 minutes on lightly greased baking sheet. Roll in powdered sugar when finished baking.

Filling: Cream 1/2 c crisco & 1/2 c oleo. Gradually add 1 c sugar. Add 1 egg white and 2 tsp vanilla. Have ready 1/2 c hot water or milk, add 1 tsp at a time while beating. Fill cookies (Use cake decorating tube to fill cookies)
