3lbs Chicken Wings
1 Egg lightly beaten
1C Flour
1C Butter
3tbs Soy Sauce
3tbs H20
1C White Sugar
½C White Vinegar
½tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º
Dip the wings in the eggs and then the flour. Heat butter in a deep skillet on medium heat add the wings and cook unitl brown. Place in a shallow roasting pan. Combine the soy sauce,H20,sugar,vinegar,garlic powder and salt. Baste the wings with the sauce and continue to baste them often as they cook. Bake around 45 minutes flipping the wings halfway through.
