20 Chicken Wings
¾C Flour
½tsp Cayenne Pepper
½tsp Salt(preferably the big rock salt)
1tsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
½tsp Garlic Powder
½tsp Onion Powder
½C Butter
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
Hot Sauce

Oven 400º
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and make sure edges roll up to protect from drippings. Spray the FOIL WITH cooking SPRAY!
Place the flour, cayenne,garlic powder,salt, onion powder and parsely in the large ziplock bag and mix. Then throw all the chicken wings in the bag and coat them all well. Throw the bag in the fridge for at least an hour.
Melt the butter and add the hot suace and minced garlic to the butter. Mix it well. Take the wings out of the fridge and dip all the wings in the butter mixture then place them on the baking sheet. Cook around 45-60 minutes flipping them about halfway.

I added the minced garlic, parsley and onion powder. They are not needed but I prefer it with them.
