1½ lbs Pork Tenderloins, patted dry
1 T Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
½ tsp Ground Cumin
¼ tsp Ground Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Let pork stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grease a metal 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Combine all the spices on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll tenderloins in the spices to coat; transfer to pan. Roast 25-30 minutes, until instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of tenderloin reaches 155ºF. Remove pork from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
