1 1/4 cup white Karo Syrup
1 1/4 cup Sugar
7 cups Special K Cereal
1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter for hands

Heat sugar and white Karo syrup over medium heat until dissolved. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and stir until incorporated, then add vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal gradually and stir until cereal is evenly coated. Butter hands lightly and form into 1 inch balls while mixture is still warm and pliable. Place on wax paper until cool..
