6-8 Fresh Roma tomatoes
1- Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Red Onion
Juice of 1 Lime
Hand full of Fresh Cilantro
4-5 cloves of Fresh Garlic
1-Fresh Jalapeno with Seeds
1-Tsp of Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp of Baking soda

Cut tomatoes ,onion, garlic, and jalapeno-deseaded, Add Sea-Salt and baking soda. Place into blender.
Pulse if you want it to remain chunky,
Grind and blend if you want It to be sauce not chunk.
