4 lbs boneless sirloin steak
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup diced onion
16 mushrooms - quartered
3 Tbsp flour
¾ cup burgundy wine
½ cup beef broth
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice beef into ¼" strips or cubes.

2. Sauté flour and butter until browned on all sides. Add mushrooms and onions, cooking until mushrooms are limp. Add burgundy and broth. Cook until liquid has thickened. Season to taste.

3. Serve with rice, noodles.

Can be made in advance and frozen.
