3 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup 100% grated Parmesan Cheese
2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (48oz) Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
12 cooked lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan and eggs.

2. Brown beef, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in Prego sauce.

3. In each of two 11x7x1 inch baking dishes. Layer 1 cup Prego mixture, 2 noodles and 1¼ cups cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles. Prego mixture and Parmesan.

4. Bake 400º for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

You can freeze. If you do bake frozen lasagna uncovered, at 350º 1 hour 15 min.
