Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg (4 serving size) lemon flavor Jell-O
1 can (2oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained (tid-bits work well)
1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1 pkg (10oz) round angel food cake (I make my own cake)
10 fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
2) Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
3) Place bottom layer on serving plate.
4) Top with 1 1/3 cup of pudding mixture.
5) Cover with middle layer and 1 cup of pudding mixture.
6) Spread remaining pudding mixture on top of last cake layer.
7) Refrigerate at least 1 hour; top with strawberries. Store leftovers in fridge.

**I make my own angel food cake. I cover side of cake with plain Cool Whip so it makes the cake look finished and helps to keep cake from drying out.
