1 (16 oz) pkg fettuccine pasta

1 bell pepper - chopped

1 large onion, chopped

1 stalk of celery - chopped - To save time pick up a carton of the cajun trinity at your local store.

3 sticks butter

1/4 cup flour

2 lbs crawfish tails

1 pint half n half

1 lb mexican Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fettuccine pasta in salted water. When done, drain and set aside.

Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in butter until translucent

Stir in flour and crawfish

Add half n half and cheese. Cook over med/low heat until the cheese melts

Add fettuccine to the mixture then transfer to buttered, oven proof, casserole dish

Cover and bake at 350º for 15 min

Hey, I never said this was low calorie. You can save about 15 min prep time if you get the cajun trinity already chopped.
