1 cup barbecue sauce
cup peach or apricot preserves
1 tsp thyme
4 lbs cut up chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix preserves BBQ sauce and thyme. Place chicken in casserole dish, spoon sauce over chicken. Bake 1 hour to 1 hours.
