24 Medium to Large Shrimp, peeled
Juice from 3 Limes
3 shots of Cabo Wabo Tequila
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped and minced
2 Jalapeños or Hot Peppers of your choice, chopped
¼ c Cilantro, chopped
2 T Vegetable Oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together for 30 minutes. Take an extremely hot pan or wok with about two (2) tablespoons vegetable oil and add the shrimp (no marinade). Zap them fast! Flip them around. Add the marinade and let 50% of the liquid evaporate. Serve over rice or with tortillas.

Note: You may substitute any shellfish with this recipe.
