4 sheets of foil

1/4 cup honey

2Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1-1/2 Tbsp. melted butter

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. cornstarch

1/8th tsp. pepper

1 lb. asparagus

4 salmon fillets

1/3 c chopped walnuts

PREHEAT oven 450

Blend honey, mustard, butter, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch and pepper; set aside.

Center 1/4 asparagus on each sheet of foil. Top with salmon; drizzle with honey- mustard sauce, sprinkle with walnuts.

Fold foil into a packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

Bake 17 - 23 minutes on a cookie sheet
