1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil (or Applesauce for healthier version)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
3-4 Very Ripe Large Bananas
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2-1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp Milk

Directions:

Grease 9x13 Pan (I use my airbake 9x13 cake pan). Mix all ingredients well in bowl and pour into the pan. Bake at 350 Degrees about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
