4(5oz) cans cooked chicken
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups Colby cheese, shredded
1(4oz) can of chopped green chilies, drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 flour tortillas
1 cup Colby cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, soup, Monterey Jack cheese, 11/2 cup of colby cheese,
green chilies, onion and pepper.

Mix well, place 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla: roll up and place seam side down in oblong baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 20 -25 minutes.

sprinkle with 1 cup of Colby cheese and continue baking 5 min. until cheese is melted.
