1 large cauliflower, trimmed and cut into steaks
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
*any seasoning you like: ranch packet, paprika, grated parmesan etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Lay each cabbage steak on a sheet pan.
Brush each with oil and season to your liking.
Turn over and do the same.
Put in 400 oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
