1 lg Leek cleaned and sliced thin
1 T minced garlic
¼ c chopped raisins
½ c Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 c heavy cream
½ t fresh ground nutmeg
1 t salt
1 t white pepper
5 to 6 Idaho potatoes, washed, peeled or not, sliced thin with mandolin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except potatoes in saucepan, simmer until thick
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In greased 9x13 baking pan, one layer of potatoes on bottom.
Spread layer of cheese/cream sauce over potatoes.
Add another layer of potatoes.
Spread layer of cheese/cream sauce over potatoes.
Continue until you run out of potatoes, sauce, or room.
Top should be cheese/cream sauce.

Bake 1½ hours.
Serve hot or cold.
