1½lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes sliced thinly or butter potatoes
2tbs Butter
1pint Heavy Cream
2 Garlic Cloves
Salt
Pepper
2C Shredded Cheddar
4slices Provolone
½C Grated Parm Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 325º and grease the pan with butter.
Layer half of the potatoes and then dot with half of the butter. Arrange half of the garlic. Pour half of the heavy cream. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and salt'n'pepa per preference. Repeat these steps and top with provolone. Add some salt'n'pepa on top.

Bake for a half hour then sprinkle with parm cheese and bake another 30 minutes or so.
