1 (24 oz.) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ (8 oz.) package cream cheese cut into cubes
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
½ c. barbeque sauce
6 precooked bacon slices, crumbled

1. Preheat oven to 375º F. Coat a 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large microwavable bowl, stir together mashed potatoes, 1 c. cheddar cheese, the Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

3. Spoon potato mixture into prepared baking dish. Arrange chicken evenly over potatoes. Drizzle with barbeque sauce. Sprinkle evenly with bacon and the remaining cheddar cheese.

4. Bake 15 minutes or until casserole is heated and cheese melted.
