2 pkg. powdered gelatin, unflavored
½ cup water
16 oz. (1 can) pink salmon
6 oz. cream cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin and water in a small bowl for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, warm the soup and cream cheese together until the cheese melts.
Add the tomato soup and cream cheese mixture to the gelatin and blend.
Blend in the salmon, mayonnaise, and onion.
Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
Add the tabasco.
Grease a gelatin mold, then add the mixture and refrigerate for two hours.
Serve with crackers, chips, or slices of mini-loaf of bread.
