1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 oz Pepper Jack cheese shredded
1 cup spinach frozen thawed annd drained
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350, flatten chicken to ". Combine cajun seasoning with bread crumbs spinach cheese and salt and pepper. Put cup of mixture on each breast. Roll up each breast and hold with a toothpick. Brush each breast with oil, sprinkle extra bread crumbs on top of each breast. Bake 35-40 minutes.
