Leg of lamb
4-5 cloves of garlic, cut into fourths
Lemon
Salt and pepper
Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400º

2. Take fat off lamb

3. Put into oven and take out once it starts cooking on the top
Rinse off with cool water
Lower oven temp to 350º

4. Cut holes into lamb
Stuff holes with garlic
Squeeze lemons on top
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Add about 1 inch of water

5. Cover and cook until done ( will be a few hours)
