1 lb ground meat
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
T. sauce jar or T. sauce can with t. paste
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil spaghetti, drain and add EVOO

2. Brown meat and drain
Add onion and garlic
Add sauce, a small amount of water and spices
Simmer x 20 min or until thickens
