SPINACH CASSEROLE

1 - can of artichokes (chopped)
3 - packages of frozen spinach

Spread in the bottom of a greased casserole pan. Beat in:

1/2 lb. of cream cheese
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
6 tbsp. of milk

Pour over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

BAKED BEANS

8 - strips of bacon
2-3 medium onions (cut in rings)
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves of garlic (minced)

DRAIN:

1 Large can of butter beans
1 Large can of kidney beans
1 Large can of Campbells Pork and Beans

Brown the bacon and add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
