2 - Cups of boiling water
1 - tsp. of salt
1 - Cup of quick Grits
1 - Cup of milk
½ - stick of butter
2 - egg yolks (beaten)

1 - Cup of sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

dash of Cayenne Pepper

Green Chili's

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, salt and grits and stir and heat 2 minutes. Add milk and cook / stir for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and the 2 egg yolks.

Add the cheddar cheese, cayenne and green chili's. Put into a casserole and put cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.... until brown.....
