1 - package of yeast
1 ½ cup of warm water
1 tsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of sugar
4 cups of flour
1 egg beaten


Course salt for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Measure warm water in a large bowl. Sprinkle on yeast and stir until soft. Add the salt, sugar and flour mix and knead dough. Lay shapes on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and then sprinkle with coarse salt.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes
