3 T flour
3 T butter
2 C milk
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 can peas
1 can condensed tomato soup
Saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Make a rue with butter and flour, add milk,cheese to make cheese sauce
Add tomato soup and peas.
Heat until warm
Arrange saltines in a single layer on a dinner plate
Ladle mixture over crackers
Serve immediately
