2 boneless chicken breasts cut into cutlets
Salt/Pepper/Flour
2 Tbls oil
¼ c dry white wine
1 tsp minced garlic
½ c chicken broth
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 Tbls capers drained
2 Tbls butter
Lemon slices
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Season cutlets with salt and pepper, dust with flour

Saute cutlets 2-3 min flip over and saute the other side 1-2 min
w pan covered, transfer to a plate

Pour off fat
Deglaze pan with wine, add garlic and cook until brown, about 2min

Add broth, lemon juice, and capers
Return cutlets and cook 1min each side

Finish sauce with butter and lemons, pour-over cutlets
