1 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4cup flour + 1 tbsp for dusting
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/4tsp salt unless using salted butter
8 tbsp very cold unsalted butter in cubes

Recipe makes one crust.

Place all in food processor until dough ball forms.
