1 pkg Coleslaw Mix
Green Pepper, sliced thin
Onion, sliced thin
c Sugar

c Apple Cider Vinegar
⅜ c Vegetable Oil
T Salt
T Sugar
tsp Celery Seed
tsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put layer of coleslaw, green pepper, onion, and sugar in a bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, T sugar, celery seed, and mustard in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Cover for at least four (4) hours in the fridge, can leave overnight.
