1 pkg Coleslaw Mix
½ Green Pepper, sliced thin
½ Onion, sliced thin
½ c Sugar

½ c Apple Cider Vinegar
⅜ c Vegetable Oil
½ T Salt
½ T Sugar
½ tsp Celery Seed
½ tsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put layer of coleslaw, green pepper, onion, and sugar in a bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, ½T sugar, celery seed, and mustard in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture while hot. Cover for at least four (4) hours in the fridge, can leave overnight.
