½ c Chopped Celery
3 c Cooked, Cubed Chicken (2-3 breasts)
¾ c Seedless Grapes, halved
½ c Chopped Pecans
¼ c Flaked Coconut
¼ c Whipping Cream, whipped
¾ c Mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Blend whipped cream and mayo together. Pour over chicken mixture and toss. Refrigerate and serve on croissants, or as a salad.
