2 lb pkg Frozen Hashbrowns Cubed (not shredded), thawed
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 T Dried Minced Onion
3 T Melted Margarine in 9x12 cake pan
16 oz Sour Cream
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, and black pepper. Fold in potatoes and spread in pan. Bake for one (1) hour.
