4 lbs steak sliced thin
1 clove garlic minced
1 knob of gingerroot minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp MSG (optional)
cup sherry
6 Tbsp soy sauce
cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, marinate meat at least 4 hours, up to 24 hours. Grill or fry on hot griddle.
