Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese - softened to room temperature
cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 (20 oz) pkgs prepared chocolate chip cookie dough
confectioners sugar optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Press one package of cookie dough onto the bottom of an un-greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour the filling over the cookie dough.

3. Slice the other dough package into pieces. Flatten the slices between your hands (spray hands with vegetable oil makes this easy). Place on top of the filling, covering as much as you can (you don't have to cover the entire surface, it will spread as it bakes).

4. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, until golden brown.

5. Let cool completely, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
