Quinoa is 20% protein content and forms a complete protein—wonderful for salads and versatile enough to serve hot, cold, or warm.
For cereal, breads, salads, puddings, and side dishes. Ancient Inca’s “Mother Grain”—-a wonder of goodness!

ALWAYS rinse quinoa before cooking as it is coated with a natural saponin.


½ cup quinoa to 1cup boiling water = 1½ cups cooked quinoa.
1 cup quinoa to 2 cups boiling water = 3 cups cooked quinoa.

Rinse quinoa in cold water, rubbing lightly with your fingers; drain through a fine sieve.

In saucepan, bring water to a boil; addd quinoa, cover, simmer for 15 minutes. Remove lid; fluff with fork.
