1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter

Cake
2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese plus 1 package 3oz. softened
1 cup sugar
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Glaze
1 1/4 cups sour cream with1/4 cup sugar mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Stir together graham crackers crumbs and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Mix in melted butter. Press mixture evenly in bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool

Reduce oven temperature to 300º. Beat cream cheese in large bowl. Gradually add 1 cup sugar, Beating until fluffy. Add lemon peel and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Pour over crumb mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until center is firm. Put a pan of water under cake while cooking on bottom rack of oven to keep cake from cracking.
When cake is cooled slightly, pour sour cream glaze over top then back into oven for 10 minutes.
Chill at least 3 hours. Loosen edge of cheesecake with knife before removing side of pan.
