2 sticks of butter softened
Cup shortening
3 Cups Sugar
2 Pkg any flavor Instant Pudding mix or skip for plain pound cake
5 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
tsp Salt
tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, butter and sugar together, add pudding mix (of using them). Add eggs one at a time, mixing till fully incorporated. Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Alternate mixing milk and flour mixture into sugar mixture. Add vanilla last. Put into Bundt pan that has been sprayed or buttered and floured. Cook for anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours.(in my oven it it takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove and let cool for about an hour then remove from pan. Enjoy!
