Ingredients:  
8 Med-Lg Red or Golden Potatoes Boiled then peeled and cut into large bite size cubes
1 cup of Sour cream
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
2 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 Bunches of Green Onions Chopped

Optional: Cornflakes crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter, sour cream, soup, cheese and onions together mix into potatoes.
Bake at 425 F for 35-40 Minutes
Optional: Last 15 minutes top with cornflakes crumbs
