1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. Elbow macaroni
1 stick plus 1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded Muenster
1/2 cup shredded Sharp cheddar
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack
8 oz Velveeta-Cubed
2 cups half and half
2 Lg eggs-beaten
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Butter a 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Cook noodles in water with the oil. Drain when done. Mix shredded cheeses together in a bowl. Melt stick of butter and stir into noodles. Set 1/2 cup of shredded cheese a side. Mix remaining cheese into noodles. Add milk & eggs into noodles and cheese mix. Then add salt & pepper. Place into baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese & dot top with remaining 1 tbsp of butter. Bake about 35 minutes until bubbly.
