1 cup Hazelnut Four
cup Powdered Sugar
2Tbsp chilled butter
1 Tbsp Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until dough clumps together. Chill 15 min. Roll out dough on wax paper dusted with either corn starch or tapioca flour. Transfer to a nine inch tart pan. Fill with whatever filling you desire and bake as pie recipe states.
