2 sticks unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 small boxes pistachio instant pudding mix
1 t vanilla (preferably clear)
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream together eggs, butter, and pudding mix. Stir in vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls of dough an inch apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
