1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the 3 ingredients together and beat until smooth. Let mixture sit on counter for a least 3 hours to be room temperature. This is very important. Put about 1/4 of tsp of lard into muffin tins. Put into hot over 400º to melt lard and heat pan. Beat mixture again just before pouring into hot pan. Fill half full. Bake until puffed and golden brown about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan right way.
